Insight
Eucerin, a renowned German skincare brand with a long-standing history, is widely recognized for its dermatologist-recommended products designed to address a variety of skin concerns. In this project, our goal was to engage patients through a digital platform, providing expert information about acne to help individuals regain confidence and feel comfortable in their skin once again.
Idea
We’ve created a safe space for young adults to learn about acne and support dermatologists. Patients can scan a QR code in the waiting room to access a digital brochure, reviewing key information before their appointment.
Additionally, the guide integrates Eucerin products, recommended throughout the brochure to support the patient’s journey. It offers profound yet easy-to-understand information in an anonymous, user-friendly format.
My Role
My UX colleagues designed the sitemap and user journey for the digital brochure, while I was fully responsible for its look and feel by selecting assets, colors, and shaping the image concept for the final layouts. My primary goal was to create an appealing design for young adults, while ensuring it remained consistent with Eucerin’s brand identity.
I aimed to attract young adults by giving the interface a modern, fresh look, while incorporating realistic images to help patients relate to and compare their skin condition. I also wanted to build trust in Eucerin products by showing swatches of the actual product, allowing users to understand the texture and feel.
Design Impact
The style guide I developed for the DermoPure patient brochure now serves as the foundation for all upcoming Eucerin brochures.
